Getting Started
Do I need a website?
No. The system runs entirely through your WhatsApp number. You don't need to pay for a domain or hosting, plus we automatically generate a free web storefront for you.
I am not technical. Will I manage?
If you can reply to a WhatsApp message, you can manage this platform. The dashboard is built to be simple, fast, and completely intuitive.
Do I lose my number or my old chats?
No. You keep your existing number, contacts, and personal chats exactly as they are.
Trust & Safety
Is my customers' information safe?
Yes. It is your data and your customer history. We never share it with other sellers or third-party advertisers.
What if the system doesn't know the answer?
It will honestly say so and alert you to take over the chat in your Human Inbox. It never guesses or makes up false prices because it checks your live database before every single reply.
Who operates the platform?
Rooqx is operated by ROOQX TECHNOLOGIES, a legally registered software company connected through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform.
Will my WhatsApp number get banned for spam?
No. Rooqx is an Official Meta Partner built directly on the Official Meta API. Your number is completely safe, secure, and fully compliant with Meta's strict policies.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. If you build your business on Rooqx, your customer list belongs entirely to you. You can export your customer names, numbers, and order history at any time.
Selling & Products
Can I sell physical products and take appointments?
Yes. You can sell inventory and manage appointment booking slots side-by-side using the exact same system.
What if a customer abandons their cart?
The system automatically sends WhatsApp follow-up reminders on days 3, 6, and 9 to recover the lost sale.
Can I control how the system speaks to my customers?
Absolutely. You can set a custom personality, tone, and language so it speaks exactly like your brand voice.
Do I have to pay extra for AI product photography?
No. The AI background removal and professional studio lighting features are included entirely in the free plan.
Payments & Fees
How do I get paid?
Customers can pay via card online, pay-on-delivery, or direct bank transfer. The system even scans bank transfer receipts automatically to mark orders as paid.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. You pay a simple flat monthly subscription. We do not take commissions on your hard-earned sales.
