1.0 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Rooqx platform operated by ROOQX TECHNOLOGIES, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2.0 Nature of Service

Rooqx provides inventory management, the automated Rooqx AI system, and appointment scheduling tools connected to a Seller's WhatsApp Business Account. We are a technology provider, not a buyer, seller, or broker of goods or services.

3.0 Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

Sellers must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to conduct business. Sellers are solely responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all activities occurring under their shop account.

4.0 AI Assistant Usage & Limits

The Rooqx AI system is designed to query live inventory for prices and availability. While configured for high accuracy, Sellers remain responsible for reviewing orders, product listings, and store policies.

5.0 Prohibited Activities

Sellers shall not use the platform to market illegal goods, send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies, or engage in deceptive commercial practices.

6.0 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
