Customer payments and card details are processed directly through Paystack under PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. Rooqx never stores, transmits, or has access to raw card numbers or CVVs.
For direct bank transfers, our system uses cryptographic OCR receipt matching with anti-tamper fraud heuristics before marking orders confirmed.
